Virtual Visits

- You will need an ACTIVE Patient Gateway account for the visit.
- To enroll, please visit https://patientgateway.massgeneralbrigham.org/mychart-prd/Authentication/Login? and click on “ENROLL NOW”.
Virtual visit requirements/process
- Log into Patient Gateway at https://patientgateway.massgeneralbrigham.org at least 10 minutes before your appointment.
- Find the link to “Begin your visit” showing your appointment time and provider. The link appears 30 minutes before your appointment in a list of important alerts.
- Click “Begin your visit”. This notifies your care team that you are ready.
- You will see “Waiting for the host to begin the session” and then a “Welcome” screen.
- Your visit starts as soon as your care team joins you!
